Our tools of trade aren't calculators, computers and cuff links; they're cell phones, crayons and crash helmets. We specialise in looking outside the square to find effective, customised, creative solutions for your business problems and work with you in ways that suit your business, so you can relax, and get on with the real creativity.

Our team bring our combined knowledge and experience, and work together with you assess your business, and develop practical solutions for you. Our Core Values

We have thought long and hard about what it is that our clients want from us, and how we want our relationship with them to be like.  So we have developed six core values which form the framework of how we work amongst ourselves, with our clients and the world at large. 

When searching for potential employees, we’re looking for people who get what we’re on about, and can demonstrate that they can contribute positively to our culture and team.

1.	Be interested and inquisitive We know that there are some rules that we have to work within, but there are also plenty of areas where the rules are not set in stone.  Just because that’s the way things have been done in the past does not mean that’s the way they have to done in the future.  So we like knowing why things work the way they work, and whether there is a better way of doing things.  We want to be the why guys.
2.	Make it simple and easy Solving problems is what we like to do.  And we know that implementation is the missing 99% of most business plans.  We get a kick out of both solving the problem and making the solution work for you.  So we’ll do whatever it takes to get it working, no problem.
3.	Make the invisible visible We know that many of our clients don’t like or don’t understand the numbers.  Believe it or not, numbers can tell a story, and we are qualified to read it.  We can interpret the story for you, and help you understand the key points that are relevant to you.  We’re always looking for different ways of helping you understand and see what we can see.  And we’re not afraid to speak up when others won’t.
4.	Play on my team Because we are filling a role that is important to your business and will impact on how you live your life, we know we have to take responsibility for making sure that things happen when they’re supposed to.  So we bring to your attention the things that are important for you.  It takes a team of people, working together, to make a difference.
5.	Champion it Making changes is not always easy and it requires concerted effort until it becomes part of the norm.  So we have to make sure that change does happen, and will keep at it until everyone else catches up.  We kinda like trying out new things, being early adopters, and seeing where it takes us.
6.	Create fun Releasing those endorphins helps to keep us working at peak performance, so it’s good to laugh at ourselves every now and then.  It’s the experiences and the people that create lasting memories.
