We are aware that the New Zealand Institute of Architects has recently issued Practice Note PN 3.210 regarding the change in GST rate from 12.5 to 15 percent.
We believe that there are some inaccuracies in this Practice Note. We are currently preparing a brief summary of the impact of the GST rate change for architects which should be read in conjunction with that Practice Note and will circulate it by the end of the week.
